Three Peaks was established in 1989, filling a need that the major banks were unable to fill: offering a debit order collection system to small to mid-sized companies. For the first time, even small businesses could take advantage of all of the benefits of debit order payments.
Over the last 25 years, Three Peaks has continually innovated technology to simplify cash flow management, and built long-term relationships with clients.

After a successful corporate career in banking, Debbie co-founded Three Peaks alongside partner Alain Vandekan.
They realised at the time that the banking sector were unable to service the SME market when it came to their debit order collections. As a result, Three Peaks was created to fill this niche, not in competition to the banks but rather in partnership with them.
Debbie focuses on business development nationally and since those early days in the 90’s, has continued to champion the SME business owner by providing them with the tools to better manage their financial world.
