A few weeks back we sent out a communication advising that Three Peaks, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Bill and the compliance that comes with it, have been hard at work implementing more effective methods of securing our customers’ sensitive data. Our online portal, Debitsure Online, has been designed with a host of security measures to ensure that the data is secure and that we meet the compliance regulations that our sector dictates.
Our Compliance Officers gave us a cut-off date, 1st August 2014, after which no sensitive data is to be permitted on the traditional platforms, email and fax. All information beyond the cut-off will have to be submitted via our secure online portal.
For those that have taken the leap and tried out our portal, thank you. The feedback has been extremely positive and great to hear. For those that are still wary of operating online, I must encourage you to trust that we have designed the system with the client in mind, ensuring that the process is quick and easy.
If you prefer sending us a file then this can still be done on the portal. We have an online option called U-Manage. This allows you to login, easily upload the file from your computer and submit it to us. That’s it. If you would prefer this option, please reply to this post with “U-Manage” & we’ll have you up and running in no time at all.
