What was your biggest challenge prior to using the Three Peaks’ system to collect your payments?

“Our biggest challenge prior to using the Three Peaks’ system to collect payments was that some tenants preferred to have their rental payments processed through a debit order, but we didn’t have this option available. It was frustrating because we knew that offering this convenience could streamline the payment process and improve tenant satisfaction. Fortunately, with Three Peaks, we now have this much-needed debit order option in place, making the entire payment collection process far more convenient for both us and our tenants.”
